Returns

For all returns, please contact us using the contact form. We will send you a corresponding dispatch label.

Please note the following points for returns:

Please do not return the goods freight collect.

Use the shipping label sent to you. It is for shipping with DHL. We will cover the shipping costs.

Please always enclose a note with the consignment stating the reason why you are returning which item.

Please ensure that the goods are returned unused and, if possible, in their original, intact packaging.

Failure to comply with the above points does not limit the right of withdrawal.
