Returns

For all returns within Germany, the returns slip is enclosed with your parcel or is alternatively available in your customer account under Orders. For all other returns, please contact us via the contact form. We will send you an appropriate shipping label.

Please note the following points for returns:

Please do not return the goods freight collect.

Use the enclosed shipping label. It is for shipping with DHL. We will pay the shipping costs.

Please always enclose the completed return note with the consignment, stating the reason for which you are returning which item.

Please ensure that the goods are returned unused and, if possible, in their original, intact packaging.

Failure to comply with the above points does not limit the right of withdrawal.
